The Carrington, on Bourke Street in Surry Hills, has a new winter menu.

The colder months just got warmer with lots of new Spanglish morsels to put in your mouth. For starters, new pintxos, like Fried Potato & Foie Gras, Sobrassada Rarebit or our Mussel Po'Boy.

Then for tapas, try the Salt Cod Ssam, Curry Goat Empanadas, Chorizo & Clams and for the raving vegetarians out there, try the Ibiefa Pizza (with eggplant, tahnini & pomegranate). Want something bigger?

We've got things that are bigger. Butifarra Sausage & Grits, Braised Octopus, Bone Marrow & Fideo pasta, A Vegetable Mess (think an overloaded vegetable tagin) and don't forget our Beef Cheeks & Coffee. Epic.

Also, we're still keeping it fresh in the salad department, so if you feel like something lighter, they've got a new Iceberg Wedge Salad Party and a Cauliflower & Black Grape number on the go.

You can't go to a restaurant every night of your life (well, you can…) and if you don't want to, then why not stand (or sit) in the pub… And eat! Introducing The Carrington's new Pub Menu.

As well as our new Cheeseburger, Fried Chicken burger, Nachos and nightly snack specials, wrap your drinking gear around tasty bites like the Goat Empanada Floater, or keep it traditional with a Chorizo & Chicken Parm, Suckling Pig & Gravy Roll and Chickpea & Pumpkin Curry.

Also, for an extra $2 get your fries served animal style (In & Out style).

The pub menu is served every day from midday.

Everything is $10 before 4pm and $15 after.

The restaurant is open for lunch from Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and dinner every night of the week.
