Dining: mojo Wine Bar

Luke Mangan's Headquarters is located in the energetic food and arts precinct of Danks Street, Waterloo welcomes the latest venture from leading Australian chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan.

The mojo Wine Bar, a casual tapas bar that can seat up to 26, is located between the Engine Room and the warehouse area. mojo Wine Bar offers a light menu featuring simple, fresh tapas style plates designed for sharing. 

The versatile structure of the bar means it can be easily customised to suit a variety of uses such as casual after work drinks or a private cocktail party.

Located at the far end of Headquarters is The Test Kitchen – the open plan, test and development kitchen for Mangan’s numerous national and international restaurants, P&O Cruise Ship Restaurants, Salt Grill and for his work as consulting chef for Virgin Australia Airlines. 

Adjacent to The Test Kitchen is a large function area that can accommodate sit-down functions, private dinner parties or casual dining at the large, communal table. The function area is catered for by The Test Kitchen which, true to Mangan’s signature style, showcases the

Helping to create an authentic warehouse feel, Headquarters visibly stores the extensive Luke Mangan Providores range which includes a selection of mineral water, oils, vinegars, mustards, relishes, spices and selected cakes. The range will also be available for purchase from Headquarters.

This one of a kind space has already hosted a range of events including a fashion parade and various private functions and dinner parties. Luke Mangan Headquarters is now open to public.

Lunch: Tuesday to Saturday (12.00pm to 3.00pm)

Dinner: Friday & Saturday (From 6.00pm)

Bar Snacks available: Tuesday to Saturday (3.00pm to 6.00pm)
