With this incredible start to the spring there is no excuse not to be outdoors, sleeping in a tent and hanging out getting some quality time in with your buds on the weekends. We have gathered info on some of the best camping spots around Sydney, varying from coastal to inland locations:

North Era Camp Ground - Royal National Park

Normally utilised by the Royal National Park coastal track hikers, this little camp spot caters for to a small amount of bookings making a great, isolated experience, nestled away between the grassy crests lining the coast of Sydney. A short hike in from Garawarra Farm, it is a quiet, peaceful spot for a one night camp. Though the facilities are limited, North Era requires a desire for minimal possessions and some fresh ocean air. Wallabies and Lyrebirds are an added bonus!

A short 1.5-hour drive out of Sydney, Bents Basin is a spacious, green and solitary campground. With plenty of room, you will feel like you are the only occupant on the campsite!
