For a serious health food kick, Sadhana Kitchen (Enmore or Bondi) is a must-try. Raw, vegan, organic, gluten-free and refined sugar-free, plant-based foods create unexpected menu options that taste as good as they look.

For those that aren’t willing to give up on the sweet treats, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the reimagined desserts such as house made ice cream that’s vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free in salted coconut and vanilla or chocolate fudge flavours.

Feel good for free and hit up one of Sydney’s scenic walking trails, winding past beaches, parks and spectacular coastal views. Must-do routes include Spit to Manly, Bondi to Bronte/Coogee or the Federation Cliff Walk from Dover Heights to Watsons Bay, featuring views of Australia’s oldest lighthouse.
