New chef for renowned vista bar

5-star hotel Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour has appointed an inspirational new Executive Chef to take the helm of its kitchen across its two venues, refined dining restaurant Q Dining and renowned vista bar Hacienda Sydney.

Award-winning chef Joshua Davidson has a career spanning 21 years and has worked all over the world in fine dining restaurants and wineries, including London, Canada and Australia.

As the Head Chef at Margan Restaurant in Broke Hunter Valley, he won multiple awards including ‘Best Restaurant’ at The Australian Tourism Awards 2012 and ‘Best Restaurant’ in the Winery at the NSW & Hunter Tourism Awards 2013.

While working at high profile restaurant The Apollo in Sydney, he was awarded the prestigious One Chef Hat courtesy of The Good Food Guide.

With a focus on using seasonal produce-driven food using modern techniques, Joshua is committed to environmental sustainability initiatives and his zero-waste philosophy sees him travel to local produce markets to ensure he is using the highest quality ingredients.
