Sydney’s craftiest beer festival is just around the corner

Sydney’s largest celebration of craft beer, Sydney Craft Beer Week is back for its sixth year from Saturday 22nd October to Sunday 30 October 2016.

2015 saw 130 craft beer-related events held across 70 of Sydney’s leading venues and outdoor spaces, which included everything from Beergustations and Hair of the Dog Breakfasts, to tap takeovers and axe throwing tournaments.

“Sydney Craft Beer Week brings together devoted brewers and beer enthusiasts for a week of incredible craft beer events. To whet the appetite for a week of beer guzzling fun, our annual Opening Gala Night returns to kick things off on Friday 21 October,” says Festival Director Joel Connolly.

“We are also seeing the return of some favourites, including Pint of Origin: The Schooner Edition taking you on a beer adventure across state lines”, adds Connolly.

Stay tuned for announcements on the line-up for this year. The Sydney Craft Beer Week is gearing up to be one of the highlights of the Sydney events calendar, so save the date and prepare yourself for an unforgettable beer-fuelled experience.
