There's a NEW Yoga studio in Surry Hills!
Urban Yoga – a world first concept, and unlike anything you would have seen before. It takes all the great parts of a yoga practice and packages it in a totally fresh environment with a progressive soundtrack and specially curated visuals which are displayed on a super-sized screen.
Rather than the traditional music played in most classes, Urban Yoga includes music from the likes of Chet Faker, Fleetwood Mac and a host of featured artists, mixed by Los Angeles artist DJ Jackmore. Awesome right?!
Basically, for anyone that might be a little bored with traditional yoga, or put off by Sanskrit and oms – Urban Yoga is a total breath of fresh air.
