Pair this with one of Kingsleys’ new signature cocktails such as the Plantation Lady (Plantation pineapple rum, licor 43, falernum and toasted coconut cocktail) or the Apple Pie Old Fashioned cocktail (a big pour of Wild Turkey Rye, vanilla liqueur, apple bitters and homemade apple pie syrup) while taking in seaside views on the wharf.

The Glenmore Hotel, The Rocks

With 180-degree views of Sydney, The Glenmore’s rooftop is the perfect spot to celebrate the Easter long weekend. On Saturday and Sunday afternoon at 2pm, the Easter bunny makes an appearance and surprises the kids with chocolate treats. Live acoustic music plays on the rooftop from 3pm-6pm on Sunday. Feast on the pub’s favourites such as the teriyaki katsu burger and smoky sticky hot wings while taking in the sights of Sydney Harbour.

The Royal, Leichhardt

At The Royal Leichhardt this Easter long weekend, kids hang with the Easter bunny from 2pm on Sunday while grownups sip on Angelico Bunny cocktails: a blend of Mozart chocolate crème liqueur, Frangelico and cocoa liqueur. Enjoy the festivities while overlooking Leichhardt’s bustling Norton Street on the pub’s wrap-around balcony terrace.

The Australian Heritage Hotel, The Rocks

The Australian Heritage Hotel kick starts the weekend with live music on Thursday night and 130 Australian beers on offer. The Easter Bunny makes an appearance and comes baring gifts for the kids on Sunday at lunchtime. Round up family and friends and visit Seabreeze Beach Hotel overlooking South West Rocks on the north coast this Easter long weekend. Celebrate with a visit from the Easter bunny on Saturday (5pm-6pm) and Sunday (3.30pm-4.30pm) and test your counting skills with an entry into the pub’s Easter egg guessing competition with any children’s meal purchase.
