Good Pizza

The vegan pizza experiment

A Sydney pizza restaurant has gone all mad scientist when it comes to vegan pizzas and come up with a dynamic new menu.

Good Pizza at Alexandria has always catered to all foodie requirements – gluten-free, vego or traditional – but their new vegan options have taken it to a whole new level.

“With an increasing demand for vegan options, it was a no-brainer to design an experimental and unique menu that anyone can eat,” said Good Pizza owner Alex Pisani.

“We wanted to create an all-inclusive menu for the growing number of vegans and plant-based diets, while still offering unusual flavour pairings you likely haven’t seen on a pizza before, without comprising on taste – quite the opposite in fact!”

With playful names and experimental toppings, favourites include the Fennel Countdown, which features a classic pairing of fennel and orange with onion, rocket and an orange vinegarette, and the Confit, with a white base, melt-in-your-mouth confit garlic, fennel and kipfler potatoes.

You may never order a meatlovers pizza again!
